Types of Discounts

You can apply the discount to:

• Orders: Apply a fixed amount or percentage discount to the entire order, once.
• Products: Apply the discount to each individual product of a specified type.
• Categories: Apply the discount to all products within a selected category.

How to create discount code

1. Go to Products > Discounts and click Create Discount

   

2. Choose Discount code

   

3. Set your discount code parameters:

   • Discount code: The code that will be shared to your buyer

   • Discount Value: Percentage or fixed amount discount rate

   • Applies to: Order, specific items, or specific categories

   • Minimum purchase requirement: Not applicable / minimum purchase amount / minimum quantity of items

   • Maximum discount usage: Not applicable / total usage / usage per customer / ceiling discount amount

   • Active dates: the starting and end date (if applicable)

     

Once created, share your discount code with your customers and track its usage from the Discounts section.
